Alesia is a deeply experienced attorney who has played a pivotal role in early stage and fast growth, pioneering technology companies including Amazon, Drugstore.com, Infospace, and Avalara. She has been part of 20 public offerings and is a former CPA (Deloitte). She has a master’s degree in Tax and clerked for the Chief Judge of the US Tax court.

Bryan’s 20-year plus career in engineering and technology leadership includes key roles at Microsoft, Docker, Qualtrics, and multiple startups. An early adopter and adept user employer of numerous AI tools and systems, Bryan’s skills include hands-on coding, systems architecture, and team building.

Lisa is a seasoned digital executive and serial entrepreneur who has scaled and sold influential food, tech, and media companies over the past two decades. She was CEO/President of Allrecipes.com, helped grow iconic brands like Serious Eats and Simply Recipes, and served as CEO and CoFounder of Relish, an AI-powered B2B/B2C platform.

Ann is an attorney and business leader with over 25 years’ experience in law firms and in-house, at both private and public companies. For the last 15 years she has served as fractional general counsel for early-stage companies and supported in-house legal teams at more mature companies.

Bryan’s Marketing and Communications career spans more than 30 years as an executive and leader in companies of all sizes and a range of industries. He led Marketing at Avalara from its early years through its IPO 15 years later, and held other leadership roles at multiple technology firms.
